Here is what you should find:
nice FDCs from the 1970s floral series
these are ex-Bileski estate
there are supposed to be 42 different FDCs here, different meaning
a block is different from a plate block
all 4 positions of a plate block count as different
singles, or pairs
any duplicates are a result of human error
generally there are matched sets of plate blocks but a couple issues are missing one or more of the positions. Please check the pictures to see exactly what you will be getting, all of the covers are in the pictures!
