CROW NEZ PERCE PLATEAU NATIVE AMERICAN INDIAN BEADED MIRROR BAG LATE 1800 #5

Offered for your consideration is a wonderful beaded MIRROR BAG from the Crow reservation in Montana. This beaded design was used by the Crow and Nez Perce  People. The bag is in excellent condition with no bead loss. Three (3) buckskin fringe pieces are missing but do not take away from the bags overall appearance. Seldom do we find the handle or carrying strap intact and beaded to such extent. The beaded bag is 9″ in length and 5″ wide. The strap is 19″ long. The total length of this bag from the top of the handle to the bottom of the fringe is 24″. Circa of this bag is late  early 1900. The last photo is a picture like the bag being held by a Crow Indian. This picture is in the archives of the University of Montana. Any questions 541 481 2653.
